Brian’s career started in the footsteps of Conan O’Brien and David Letterman - literally: He had internships and Page positions at each of their shows. It wasn’t long before he was working in the field as a PA on a hidden-camera prank show in New York. Brian worked his way up to AP and Coordinator on travel and wildlife shows like “Hotel Impossible,” “Mysteries at the Museum,” and “When Sharks Attack.” Most recently, Brian developed the format for the series “Table For All” - a food and travel program based in New Jersey - the first of its kind for NJPBS. Brian served as the series producer and showrunner of the series, directing all content in the field. He received four New York Emmy Nominations for “Table For All” including: Magazine Program, Long Form Historical/Cultural Content, Talent/Program Host, and Long Form Content Editor.

In terms of subject matter, Brian has worked extensively with scientists and individuals from academia. He is comfortable filming in labs and synthesizing complex information for the television audience. He is experienced working with delicate subject matter and victims of trauma. Brian has worked with immigrants, marginalized groups, survivors of animal attacks, veterans with PTSD, and individuals with ASD.

On every project he undertakes, Brian is an enthusiastic and empathetic team player who treats his crews and colleagues like family. He is knowledgeable about latest camera and audio gear, and uses his wide vocabulary and extensive references to communicate with his crew. He has worked on boats of all sizes across the world, and can reliably work with production teams to insure creative pursuits in a range of environments. Brian can confidently travel gear through international customs, and is constantly looking for work that will take him to extreme locations to tell stories from the fringes.

Brian is a proud graduate of The Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College where he also ran competitively on the track and cross country teams. In addition to his time at Conan, Brian also interned on Capitol Hill for Massachusetts Congressman Richard E. Neal while in college.
